FINESTER EP 6016 is a ultra-mild skin smoothening ester which is derived from raw materials sourced from vegetable origin and are one of the most frequently used raw materials in skin care and color cosmetic formulations.
Applications
- Finester EP 6016 acts as a good moisturizer and emollient in personal care formulations like skin creams, lotions and sunscreens.
- It has a ‘dry-slip’ feel that is very similar to those exhibited by silicones and is widely used in skin care formulations to adjust the consistency.
- It is used in many color cosmetic formulations as a solvent, pigment wetting agent etc. Also acts as a good fragrance fixative.
